Tumble/Acro

Whether you are an athlete, dancer, cheerleader, or just getting started we are the place for you! We will provide tumbling, jumping, and motion training. Tumbling begins with teaching the foundation of form, technique, and strength. Center mat work is done in addition to traveling passes.  The class is designed to develop and display strength, balance, and agility.  Gymnastics, such as somersaults, rolls, cartwheels, and handsprings, aerials and tucks performed without the use of specialized apparatus will be taught.
